JUSTICE LEAGUE ANNUAL #3

A small island nation is struggling to maintain independence; with the U.S. and the Soviets breathing down their necks, they seek out the JLI to convince them to build a new embassy on their island. In the second story, the investigation of the murder of a dear friend leads Martian Manhunter to Gotham. The loss he has suffered prompts significant introspection into himself, his past, his identity as a Martian and his identity as a Man.
