A new adventure begins here! With Eternia still occupied by the Horde, He-Man and King Randor lead a small group of Masters on a quest to find the one object that might free Eternia! Join the new creative team of Dan Abnett and Drew Johnson as they take He-Man and the Masters of the Universe into their next great chapter! King Randor rallies his troops and attacks the Horde Sarnscepter, while they attempt to excavate a powerful artifact. Grizzlor commander of the Horde army at the battle site attempts to out maneuver Randor's army but when He-Man and other Masters of the Universe magically appear on the battle field, Hordak orders Grizzlor to use Orbital Disruptor on the battle field. This destroys many of the Horde's troop and scatters Randor's army. He-man who is on the front line is knocked unconscious and has a vision of Zodac, a mystic. Zodac, tells He-man he will be making a big decision in the near future and it will have dire consequences. He-man awakens from his vision and when he is rejoined with King Randor and the remaining Masters, Randor informs He-Man that his latest mission is to defy the Mystical Laws of Creation and bring the Sorceress back from the dead.
