In the middle of getting caught on an evening of her usual, questionable criminal activity, Harley Quinn saves the life of a runaway teen, proving her capacity for good. Consequently, as a form of probation, punishment, and community service, she is provisionally reinstated as Dr. Harleen Quinzel at Arkham Asylum, where we find her when The Arkham Files: Panic in Gotham City begins.
