You know those real cheesy rom-coms where two unlikely lovebirds lean in for the same book and knock heads in the poetry section of the school library and fall madly in love? Well, this story is nothing like that. For starters, Kevin met his new muse in the middle of Scarecrow attacking Gotham (how’s that for a meet-cute?). And second, despite his planning the most perfect and romantic date night with Ivy, it seems like she might have something else on her mind. Love is in the air-errr, wait…that might be toxic gas…this is Gotham! Outside of Gotham, at Lover Bridge, Hugo Strange betrays Keepsake and shoots him in the chest, leaving him for dead, and he would be dead if not for unknown stranger pulling the villian out of the river. Back in Gotham, Harley Quinn is getting ready for her date with Poison Ivy, all the while thinking back to all the fun the pair have had together. Once Iv shows up the pair go to the Gotham Art Musuems, Art after Dark event. There they meet up with Kevin and his date Sam, and Harley quickly embarrasses Sam and her and Kevin leave. Ivy then reveals the real reason she come to the event was to steal the Rose Diamond. This upsets Harley who is attempting to go good and the pair get in a fight, and Harley gets hurt. Later, Ivy apologizes to Harley and Harley tells Ivy she needs to go on a journey like Harley did to find herself. The pair part with a kiss as Ivy goes to discover who she really is. Back in Gotham, Sam kisses Kevin good night which makes Kevin really happy on his walk home. His happiness is short lived when he is ambushed by a bleeding Keepsake with a gun.
