They're not the Russian Mafia, they're aliens, but what are they doing? And can Ollie and Kyle overcome past grudges and keep it together long enough to stop these aliens? Ollie breaks up what appears to be a drug run in Star City, but it turns out that the gang bangers were just transporting large amounts of bleach. In New York, while out with Jade and some of her co-workers, Kyle sees what he believes is a drug deal gone wrong. He saves one guy but is knocked out when mysterious woman blasts him with a ray gun. Jade is able to catch two of the dealers who reveal to Jade and Kyle that they are really aliens before transporting away. Kyle is able to track their transport trail to Star City where he meets up with Ollie at the hangout of the gang that Ollie stopped earlier. The two heroes argue over whose bust this is, and get in a fist fight. The gang bangers take this opportunity to escape where they run into the aliens from New York. The heroes hear a scream and find the gang bangers body charred in the alleyway.
