It's One Year Later, and Ollie Queen is the newly elected mayor of Star City, fighting the good fight on the streets and through the system! And welcome aboard the dynamic new art team of Scott McDaniel and Andy Owens (NIGHTWING, ROBIN)!
In Star City there is a wall erected between the half of the city that is still intact and the half that was blown up. Ollie is the new mayor, and meanwhile Brick is protecting the people in "The Glades", which is what the area of the city that is blocked off is called. Deathstroke is hired to take out Mayor Queen.
