Brick has tried to pin his recent activities on Green Arrow, and it has partially worked. Meanwhile, he's got Ollie, but Mia jumps into help. Later, the Mayor of Star City, and the District Attorney are killed, which was planned by Brick. He leaves a message written on bricks that were in a bag tossed by the suicide bomber "My Town Now!"
