After a lengthy transient existence of life on the run, Jack Lynch decides that his Gen protégés deserve to experience some luxury and pampering. Relocating in New York City, Fairchild, Grunge, Rainmaker, Burnout, and Freefall get setup in a posh high-rise hotel and see how the other half live. But as they proceed to enjoy the high-life a little too much, the suddenly high profile Gen-Actives gain the unwanted attention of a new set of villains. Suddenly the young heroes downtime is interrupted by a femme fatale who turns Grunge into a Gorilla and a mad psychopath who plans on taking over the world with mind-controlling lingerie.
