According to the legends of Sarah Rainmaker’s ancestors, the birth of a white buffalo heralds a unification and rebirth of Native American culture. For Rainmaker, the roadtrip is a sacred journey, while Grunge, Roxy, and Bobby are just looking for a good time.
Part of the team will find itself drawn into a treasure hunt for the loot from a train robbery; meanwhile Rainmaker and Fairchild make a pilgrimage to the buffalo. But unbeknownst to the kids, the animal may be in grave danger.
