Hal's taking a trip to Central City this time, and he's finally getting to meet Barry's nephew, Wally West - otherwise known as Kid Flash. But when Black Hand saps Wally's super-speed, then Hal decides to deputise the boy: exit Kid Flash, enter Kid Lantern!
