Sengoku Fire Department is afforded an opportunity to put their latest piece of firefighting technology to work when a blaze breaks out at a local parking lot. Unbeknownst to the rest of the company, this location was once home to Sengoku Memorial Hospital, the site of an incident many years ago that radically altered both Captain Gomi and Lieutenant Oshitori's lives.
