UNTHINKABLE PROLOGUE What great sacrifice did Doom make to gain his frightful power?
This issue tells us the story about Doctor Doom's past, in Latveria, during his young years while he was in love with his former lover Valeria, a young gypsy. During a lot of flashbacks that tell us everything about their past, his initiation into black magic and his passion for technologies, in present Doctor Doom is in Latveria searching a way to contact his former lover. At the end he finally finds her in Georgia, reading fortune for money. At the end, when he finally convinces her to admit her love for him, he uses it to finish a spell that would change him forever and make him even more powerful in magics.
