This issue saw the return of many alternate reality incarnations of The Fantastic Four, who were conversing with The Reed Richards of Earth-616 in order to find a solution to The Thing's problem, amongst the many alternates were the Marvel Mangaverse incarnations of Mr. Fantastic, The Human Torch, The Invisible Woman and The Thing.
