Horror comic masters Steve Niles and Kelley Jones bring us another terror tale chock-full of frightful despair. Lola and Don Carpets are heading for divorce court, but right now they're driving along to a party-their second-to-last public appearance as a couple. But before they can get there, they're in a horrible accident where they awaken in the operating theatre filled with mad scientists only to discover that they're the key ingredients of a sick, unholy experiment. A husband and wife become lost, while traveling through a forested area of which their GPS has lost a signal. They are discussing the inevitability of their divorce when something terrifying and unexpected happens.
