The team takes a rare moment to recover from its injuries, but this time to relax is fleeting. When the corpse of Dr. Hokusai, the man they had fought to bring in alive, is discovered under questionable circumstances, the team begins to suspect that it is being used for less-than-honorable purposes. Meanwhile, during the inaugural dinner of the newly elected Prime Minister, chaos erupts as a new Echo threat arises to greet him.
