Part 8 of 8, continued from Darkstars (1992 DC) #12. This epic crossover saga concludes with the final battle with the Triarch as the mad Controller leads them in an all-out attack on the GL Corps, the Darkstars and L.E.G.I.O.N. Under the leadership of Hal Jordan and Ferrin Colos, the heroes of the three star-spanning services finally manage to come together and manage to defeat one of the gods, but that only makes things worse. It's going to take a whole lot of muscle to pull everyone's fat out of the fire...and the conclusion will decide which of the teams will have jurisdiction over which parts of the universe.
