Foggy Nelson has been arrested for rape and murder one, and his mother refuses to help him, causing Matt to quit. While trying to cool his head, Daredevil stops a mugging, but it turns out to be a trap and he was knocked unconcious. Back at Matt's apartment the man from Matt's office is talking to Karen, telling her that she is HIV positive because misfortune follows the child Matt was taking care of and will continue to do so. Daredevil wakes up in an empty room and hears a sound which pains him. Then a man with a demonic apperance comes in and begins telling him things. Not caring what he has to say Daredevil, breaks out and runs out in the middle of the street with a truck heading towards him.
