Starbuck finds a group of human survivors on the war-torn world of Maytoria, now occupied by the Cylons. Starbuck, shot down by raiders and then nearly killed Cylon Centurions is saved by Stadra Ah Mun, a member of the few remaining Sagitarian Colonial forces on Maytoria. After she brings him up-to-date on the losses they have suffered while waiting for rescue, she leads him to their stronghold in a bunker that used to be the basement of a trade center. The survivors are suffering from malnutrition and disease. Learning for the first time of the Battle of Cimtar and the plight of the Colonial forces, the survivor's morale drops to an all time low when the realize the seemingly hopeless situation they are in. It's up to Starbuck to convince them they must rally to fight back and escape, or die trying...
