The return of Agent X! Alex Hayden fought his way through many Hydra members to get to his destination, but when he reaches it, the Hydra scientists diagnosed Agent X with degenerative artharitis(takes away his health regeneration). Because of that, Alex threatened the scientists to take it away, but instead of neutralizing it, they covered it up to make Alex have a eating disorder. Sandi and Outlaw come to Deadpool for some help in finding him after 3 weeks of missing. But the only problem is, Weasel shrunk Deadpool to 6 inches instead of 6 feet! And Weasel hasn't figured out how to bring Deadpool back to his normal size!
This issue marks the first appearance of Bob, Agent of HYDRA.
