An on-going title featuring the world's first super hero union in 1960s Chicago, by writers Kyle Higgins and Alec Siegel and artist Rod Reis.
The series is based off of Higgins and Siegel's short film they co-wrote, called The League. Though some characters from The League appear in C.O.W.L., the comic series continuity remains independent from the film.
The series was later retconned to be part of the wider Massive-Verse also created by Higgins.
