All of Oto's past is filled with memories of Tenma and she doesn't know if she can truly erase his presence from her heart. She can't fully commit to a new relationship with Haruto because she feels guilty about her past. But Haruto tells her that he's fully aware of Tenma's importance in her life and is okay with it. He accepts her as she is -- past and all.
