Haruto lost to Tenma in the first event at the Manly Man Festival in Kyoto. But during the break, Tenma accidentally sees concrete evidence that Konoe really was behind the attacks on Eitoku students. Distraught, Tenma flubs the second event in archery. And when Tenma doesn't show up for the third and final event, Haruto is declared the overall winner... by default!
