It's been building to this as The Black Terror and Dynamic Man fight to the very death! Meanwhile, strange things are happening under Area 51 as the government unleashes its most fearsome defenses in an attempt to bring down the Black Terror's one-man crusade! Black Terror goes toe to toe with the robot Dynamic Man to save/kill his best friend American Crusader. It is almost a one sided battle as Dynamic Man pounds on Terror. It gets even worse when he is blasted through the roof with tons of Dynamic reinforcements. Luckily, Terror has an ace up his sleeve by the name of Pyroman. Once the battle is over Terror has another army waiting for him in the tunnel toward Area 51 where Crusader is kept. He just has to fight through the clone army and then again a nightmarish crusader army on the other side. Black Terror is ready for the scrap.
