Proper Japanese Title: ブラック・ジャック オールカラー版
Companion to Black Jack, released as part of the series' 30th anniversary. The chapters published here were reprinted as part of the main collections but here are reprinted in color because they were some of the few Black Jack chapters to originally be published in color when serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion. Notably, not all colored Black Jack chapters are reprinted here as the most untouched and unreprinted chapter in the entire Black Jack library was a color chapter (see: Kairaku no Za).
