The Black Hood and reporter Barbara Sutton are on the case.       Death - The Crow Strikes Again      A washed up, and drunk, opera singer wants to make a comeback, but with so many many people mocking him he goes on a murderous rampage dressed in a Crow's costume.  Trivia: the same story was used in Pep Comics #32 by the same team, though that story had the Hangman in place of the Black hood
