Arnold is not your garden variety vampire.
Obese, unfit and ugly, Arnold is everything a goth would hate and then some. You see, not all of us are cut out to be vampires and when the parallels between the worlds of the junky and a vampire are spelled out to us, as they are in Arnolds tale, well, we get a fresh perspective on all that Twilight rubbish, don't we?
Arnold doesn't care about Twilight. Arnold just cares about walking the straight path and as we follow him through the inner workings of Vampires Anonymous, we see that the eternal life of the bloodsucker is, perhaps, not as glamorous as we might have thought.
