This issue is the official animated movie "Batman: Mask of the Phantasm" adaptation.
The animated film was written by Alan Burnett, Paul Dini, Martin Pasko and Michael Reaves. It was directed by Eric Radomski and Bruce Timm. This adaptation was written by Kelley Puckett. It was produced between the first and second season of Batman: The Animated Series and included elements of "Batman" Year One and "Batman" Year Two - which was also titled Batman: Full Circle #1.
NOTE: Mini copies were included with the DVD release.
