The Complete Wash Tubbs and Captain Easy by Roy Crane were published by the Flying Buttress Classics Library. Widely considered to be one of the first great adventure strips, Wash Tubbs the wise-cracking, girl-chasing opportunist and soldier of fortune Captain Easy are back for more fun and adventure. Volume 11 (1936-1937) reprints Crane's classic comic strips. Out of money, Wash and Easy join the circus and Lulu Belle gets married. While in Easy's own strip, the adventurer is captured only to be rescued by pigs and then heads for America.
