The strange atmospheric phenomenon in North Carolina continues to frustrate Scully and Mulder. They do have a plan though. Mulder theorizes that it might actually be a living being with thoughts and feelings. Now they just have to come up with a way to capture it. All the while frustrating those people that just want to kill it.
