Only a day after the first issue, Agent Jay is still getting used to the idea of being legally dead and now in a secret agency dedicated to dealing with situations of unusual nature when a call comes in to head to Oklahoma to deal while reports of UFOs and reports of Alien contact. Agent Kay teaches Jay how to stage a cover up and allows him to handle the talks with the aliens upon their return.
