This issue serves as a bridge between the Comico mini-series and the Innovation run. Having emigrated to Earth from their native planet Georwell, the Justice Machine are re-introduced to the readers through the framing device of a traitor in their midst downloading their personnel records. The team sets up shop on the island of New Atlantis and waits for their teammate Diviner to come out of her coma.
