Pongo the jungle boy, AKA the “Beast of Borneo” has escaped Lord Randolph’s circus! After an initial investigation it turns out he was in fact kidnapped by the circus in the first place. Vikki and Dobbin return in this issue to provide his protection while Fifi, a gorgeous, well-endowed French maid, takes extra special care of Pongo while he hides out.
