In a world where super powered heroes and villains are common, if you want to be a superhero you have to register with the government. The catch however is that once you register you go where they say go and take whatever missions you are given. Todd McClain, who has super strength but no training, wants to be a superhero called the Red Knight, but he doesn’t want to leave his hometown of Norfolk, Virginia which makes things complicated for him.
