A spin-off from Super-Magician Comics, this was Red Dragon’s first series, which ran for only 5 issues and started numbered as Vol. 1 # 5 taking over the numbering of Trail Blazers Comics a “non-fiction” comic that Red Dragon never appeared in, and would feature some of the most racist covers put out during the war years.
Sure almost all comics had at least one cover of the book’s star kicking Hitler, Mussolini and Tojo, but the Red Dragon, and Street and Smith took it all one step beyond.
Returning in 1947 with a new series, that Red Dragon was not so grizzly in his adventures.
