The beautiful, leather-clad adventuress Laina is in mortal danger in this exciting new Lodoss series. Spark, the Heroic Knight, is leading a group of heroes to reclaim the Crystal Ball of Souls, stolen by the evil sorcerer Vagnado. When they arrive at Hilt, where they learn that the governor and King Kashu are preparing for the final battle with Marmo.
