It's 1963. After being rudely awakened by a sweepstakes-mob bearing an over-sized million dollar check, Grant Donovan heads to California (by way of Canada), in a meandering psychoactive haze. Quickly enamored with the burgeoning surf culture, Grant uses his new found riches to house his far-out friends while forming his alter ego: The Psychedelic Surfer!!! And all's well, as they say, until some "squares" show up with an eviction notice...
