Meet Jane Day. Twenty-something temp-by-day, detective-by-night. Jane is employed by M.W. Investigations, which operates out of the owner, Margaret “Peggy” Woodward’s suburban home, and is entirely staffed by women. Under the guise of a knitting club called the “Stitch & Bitch,” Peggy’s girls meet once a week. The other P.I.‘s are assigned run-of-the-mill cases: insurance fraud, infidelity, nanny watching-- the usual. Jane’s cases, though? They’re a little... different. THIS ISSUE: "NOT-SO-SECRET ORIGINS" - After a night spent in the clink, Jane’s origin story is revealed to her new crush. The plot with her nemesis, Chloe Rousseau, also thickens. Elsewhere, Pie and Cake do the unthinkable and team up in light of a new adversary!
