Nira-X is under great scrutiny by Kathryn, who thinks Nira is detined to lead Paradoxx to victory. Nira escapes and follows Paradoxx again to New York City. It seems that Paradoxx plans to blow up the city by sealing the underground water conduits, overheating the power stations.
