In the year 2192, three villains (Delta-Void, Millenia and Quid) escape the timestream by going through a plasma-gate, set in a government science facility in New York. Nira-X, now able to travel through time, encounters the villains, but is defeated. The three villains revive Paradoxx, before Nira-X gets a second chance to fight them. Delta-Void shoots randomly, hitting the main control systems. With the timelink out of control, the time-gate opens and Nira-X, Paradoxx and the villains are pulled through.
