Sloan crashes a weapons deal organized by none other then his sworn enemy, the mayor of Paradise, Sid Ahwem! After he effortlessly takes control of the situation, Gordon Hansell, an elite member of the PSTF (Paradise Special Task Force) arrives on the scene and reveals he has undergone the same experiment that forever changed Sloan into a meta-human! Quickly realizing this won't be as easy as their previous encounters, Sloan hastily makes his escape. Once he returns, Braun tries to convince him to seek out help from a new, young superhero group called the All-New Union- but only really succeeds in giving him a headache! Now, Sloan, in disguise, heads to a bar to try and drink the pain away... but in Paradise- someone is always watching!
