Marvel Monster: Arma-X is published by Panini España. Arma-X is Spanish for "Weapon X" and this volume collects/translates the first six issues as well as the Wizard 1/2 issue and the Weapon X: The Draft one-shots (Agent Zero, Kane, Marrow, Sauron, Wild Child). It's closest English equivalent is Weapon X: The Draft, although that trade drops the 1/2 issue as well as #6.
