Oggie Svenson moves from prison to his hotel, under Lucky Luke's surveillance. He leaves all of his fortune to Rantanplan. The testament also says that if the dog dies, the fortune would pass on to Joe Dalton. As soon as the Dalton learn this, they escape from prison.
