As a former sidekick and now as the bearer of the cowl, Green Owl Jason Bronze has had one imperative--to protect Justice City from those that would harm it. Now, that mission is crumbling as the vengeance-filled master criminal Cyrano and his army of followers pour into the streets, terrorizing the citizenry and easily decimating the police force. Too strong for Team Owl, the heroes retreat to the Owl cave in defeat. But Cyrano is about to do what no other villain dared--take the battle into the stronghold of the heroes!
