Green Arrow has become a Black Lantern. Ollie is forced to watch as his Black Lantern controlled body attacks Black Canary, Connor Hawke, and Mia Dearden.
Ollie is powerless as the Black Lantern Green Arrow reveals to Dinah that he wasn't really raped by Shado. Black Lateran Green Arrow reveals to Connor that Ollie knew about him when he was born, and to Mia he reveals that Ollie might have feelings for her.
Ollie is able to take control of his body just long enough to miss a shot and cut a liquid nitrogen line. Connor uses the liquid nitrogen to freeze the Black Lantern Green Arrow, and the heroes are safe, for now.
