Overview
Anti-paranormal mania is sweeping across our nation's capital, and public opinion is rapidly moving toward registration and control of all super-powered beings. A rash of bloody murders in the Washington area just as an international council on the subject is being held there seem to point to She-Cat as the culprit, but when it turns out to be another savage were-beast, his true identity is quite a shock. "Catspaw" is plotted by Steven L. Myers, scripted by Bill Black, drawn by Dick Ayers and Brad Gorby, and inked by Nar Castro and Mark Heike. It guest-stars Paragon, Synn, Stardust, General Gordon, Jennifer Burke, Rio Rita, The Blue Bulleteer, Sehkmet, Proxima and Octavia Howard. It features a Golden Age flashback sequence, and the first appearance of Ms. Victory's "new" (current) costume. Full color cover by Brad Gorby and Mark Heike, full color throughout.
