This is part 1 of the three-part storyline, "The Cyberian Connection". Nastasia Siberia was a colonel in the KGB, before the Soviet Union collapsed. A parachuting accident would have killed her, if not for an experimental cybernetic operation that turned her into a six million ruble woman- the super powered Cyberia. When the old regime fell, she made her way to the U. S. organized a local branch of the Russian Mafia, and started a wave of crime, sabotage and terror, until the Femforce enter the scene and stop her. Written by Mike Frankovich, Jr., drawn by Eric Coile, and inked by Mark Heike. Guest starring Rayda, General Strock, "Gadjets" Galfrey, and Chubby Asparagus. This book has two color cover variants; one painted by Brad Gorby, one line drawn by Eric Coile and Mark Heike. Both have identical interiors of black and white, with graytones.
