Lumbering about in the Everglades after last issue, Frightenstein stumbles upon an abandoned Antibellum mansion floating in mid-air above the swamp's surface- the sanctum sanctorum of Nightveil!! Wandering inside to rest, the brute accidently knocks over a bottle of mystic fluid. The bath temporarily gives him a new ability that makes him more dangerous than ever. When Tara's friend Bulldog Deni flies off in a rage to avenge the death of her pet at the hands of the monster, she and Synn try to stop her. But in the end, it is Deni (with the aid of a confiscated flame-thrower) that turns the tables and saves the Femforcers from the monster. "Fury Of Frightenstein" is written by Bill Black, drawn by Dick Ayers, and inked by Mark Heike. Then, Nightveil finally frees herself from Alizarin Crimson's tendrils in the strange castle outside our dimension, and returns to Earth just in time to face the full force of Hurricane Andrew. While in another part of the world, another storm- the Desert kind, is about to spawn a new superheroine. Dyna Morisi is serving in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia when a Scud missile attack hits a nuclear power plant. Caught in the explosion while trying to save a child, Dyna is changed into Rayda, the human Dynamo.( Her first appearance in the AC univedrse.) "Gone With The Wind" is written by Bill Black, drawn by Dick Ayers and John Nadeau, and inked by Mark Heike and Chad Hunt. Plus, photo article on special effects man and film director John Carl Buechler . Color cover by Bill Black and Mark Heike, interiors are black and white with graytones. Standard comic book format.
