Huntress Skyfire senses a bizarre presence on the outside of the forest, which has been devouring most of the game. The Wolfriders are starving in the wintertime leadership of her brother Two-Spear, so at council, he decided to send out a band of hunters to defeat this presence.
Whatever this evil presence is, is only imagined by Skyfire. The hunting party instead finds a tribe of teepee-dwelling humans that are equally destitute in this wintertime. The wolves begin stealing meat from the humans, who are encroaching into the forest territory. Skyfire hatches a plan to dress as a huge SNOW BEAST and scare away the human wanderers in the name of "GOTARA".
