Venefica, a demon has taken Desiree and Wendy to hell. It turns out that Wendy is pregnant and Venefica desires her fetus. Desiree, helpless in human form, is restrained and tortured until she forces herself to transform into a werewolf; thus beginning the fight to rescue herself, Wendy the fetus from the clutches of Venefica and eternity in hell.
