For the first time, Desiree is transformed entirely into a wolf. Carnifex must accept what he has become following the altercation with a vampire. Months later, Desiree is holding down a job at a local health food store and has moved in with her friend Wendy. She is also seeing a psychiatrist in the hope of finding a way to control the transformations. Unfortunately a demon named Venefica has taken an interest in Wendy and Desiree - resulting in an attack at their home.
